Granted, Loose Park is a can't-miss destination for outdoor-lovers of all ages, but for a change of pace try the alluring and less densely populated Antioch Park at 67th and Antioch. There are tennis and basketball courts, as well as a lake that features a fountain, stepping stones, and ducks, but the main selling point for the kids is the playground, which comes complete with delightful miniature buildings. --AM
