In a mirrored room heated to nearly 100 degrees (the better to promote deep muscle stretching), fans of Bikram Yoga, an intense routine of 26 postures, twist their bodies like pretzels for 90 minutes while drenched in sweat. Baseball legend George Brett and his wife, Leslie, take classes here; so do TV personality Lili Shank, two professional boxers, and many artists, singers, and writers.
