We're still hoping for bustling street life at 18th and Vine, but the jazz district does provide a perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the office. At happy hour on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, the Blue Room is always full of friendly regulars -- but it doesn't feel too crowded. Office workers chat easily with musicians setting up for the evening performance (which starts at 7), and the friendly bartenders mingle with everyone.
