The combination of America's two sexiest symbols -- taut, tawny soccer moms and jog bras -- has gotten a rise from an unnamed Leawood city councilman, who threatened this summer to introduce an ordinance that would ban women from wearing jog bras in public. The councilman calls the new fad "indecent." How can any town with the word wood in its name not be excited about women running around in their underwear?
