Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Global DJ Tours. Our featured entertainment this summer will be the New York City duo Astro & Glyde. You may remember Astro & Glyde -- Gaby Dershin and James Bem to their parents -- from "The Jam," their breakout remix of "Pump Up the Jam." You may also know them from their turntable beginnings at a Manhattan coffee shop or from their Sunday-night residency at the NYC club Le Souk, where their marathon sessions generally end just in time for people to head to work on Monday morning. Or maybe you know that the duo was signed to John Digweed's Bedrock label after Digweed salivated over one of its CD-Rs in his New York hotel room. What you don't know is the itinerary we have scheduled for Mr. Astro and Mr. Glyde. First up is Miami, then New York City, Kansas City, Acapulco, Philadelphia, Croatia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Holland. What's that? One of those locales doesn't quite fit with the others? Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Philly, either. Now buckle up.
