Usually, bull riding is the dessert of the rodeo experience. Sure, calf roping and barrel racing are exhilarating. But the sweet high comes at the end, when insane cowboys hop atop a half-ton of bucking-mad bovine and hang on with one hand. In the interest of prolonged adrenaline rushes, the PBR Enterprise Open brings a full weekend of just bull riding to Kemper Arena (1800 Genessee, 816-513-4000). A concert by country crooners Western Underground follows tonight's competition. Neal McCoy performs on Saturday. Both evenings of man vs. beast begin at 7:30. Tickets cost $14.75. Kemper Arena
