Nothing says rockabilly like coiffed hair, hep moves and cars with fins — all of which will be part of tonight's full-on Rockabilly Prom. Rock-N-Ride, a group of local rockabilly music and classic-car enthusiasts, hosts the second-annual Rockabilly Prom tonight at Knuckleheads (2715 Rochester, 816-483-1456). Equal parts shindig and fundraiser, the event is a benefit for Temporary Lodging for Children and Families. It promises to be a night worthy of scrapbooking, complete with flashy promenade outfits, a streamer-laden photo booth, and the crowning of a Rockabilly Prom king and queen. The all-ages event kicks off with a car show and an outdoor performance by the F-Holes at 6 p.m., followed by an 8 p.m. indoor show with Lonesome Hank and the Heartaches and headliners the Rumblejetts. Doors open at 6. Tickets cost $15 per couple in advance or $10 per person the day of the show. All door proceeds go to TLC. For more information, call 913-238-0364.
