In 1991, internationally known UMKC dance instructors Mary Pat Henry and Leni Wylliams joined forces and created their own troupe. The Wylliams-Henry Contemporary Dance Company has since gone on to spotlight some of the finest established and emerging choreographers in the world.The company presents its Spring Concert tonight, featuring both contemporary classics and avant-garde pieces. Also in the works: performances from acclaimed choreographer Donald McKay and the world-renowned Jennifer Muller. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. at White Hall on the UMKC campus (4949 Cherry).
