Casablanca is arguably the most romantic movie of all time, embracing, as it does, more than one brand of romantic ideal. But let's be real for a minute: You know Rick hit that, right? And we don't mean in Paris, either. We mean the night Ilsa turns up after curfew to ask for the letters of transit. Seriously: Watch it again with the one you love today, pay no mind to how immaculately dressed they are after the scene transition, and then get back to us. Valentine's Day is for lovers at Screenland at the Crossroads (1656 Washington), where $60 buys two tickets, popcorn, a bottle of red or white wine, and a box of Christopher Elbow chocolates so good they're practically sexual. Casablanca screens at 7 p.m. only; they're not going to play it again. See screenland.com for ticket info or call 816-421-2900. If it sells out, rent it from SRO Video (402 East Gregory, 816-444-2212).
