KU Opera has a new director, and she's making her debut with two one-act performances at the Robert Baustian Theatre in Murphy Hall. The first opera is Gianni Schicchi, a story that begins with a death. Following an intermission, the second performance is L'Enfant et les Sortileges. Call 785-864-3982 for tickets.
