The gorgeous weather in June and July seemed designed only to weaken our defenses in advance of a four-week heat wave. To that we say: Get thee to a margarita dispenser and just enjoy your goddamn tan.• Cactus Grill (3901 Prairie Lane in Prairie Village, 913-831-2227). A family-friendly restaurant may not be your first pick for a lime-and-sour happy hour. That all changes once you get a load of Mommy's Night Out, getting loaded on the local chain's two-for-$7 Cuervo margs. • The Westside Local (1663 Summit, 816-997-9089). This new restaurant and beer garden, located just north of Blue Bird Bistro on Summit, may not be as well-stocked with tequila as it is with ale, but the sequestered patio summons summer's favorite drink. • Rudy's Tenampa Taqueria (1611 Westport Road, 816-931-9700). Flavored margaritas (strawberry, raspberry, peach, banana and mango) are yours today for $5.50; on Mondays, house pitchers are $15.
