Animal rights activist Jason Miller appears to be working on another restraining order.

Miller and his fellow Bite Club of KC members have been banned

from the University of Kansas Medical Center, where security didn't take kindly to him passing out "Wanted" posters

targeting the so-called crimes of two researchers or his crusade

to end animal research. That's fine with Miller. He's taking his protests to the researchers' neighborhoods.

Last weekend, Miller and friends slipped on lab coats, stood on the

sidewalk and recited callback chants like, "we will never back down ...

until you stop the killing" and "you must understand, their blood is on

your hands." They also yelled, "Dianne Durham go to hell."

Miller posted

videos of the protest on YouTube and wrote on Bite

Club's website, "the purpose of our visit was to shame her for

torturing helpless

primates and to inform her neighbors that a monkey torturer lives

amongst them." See for yourself.

This didn't sit well with the Westwood Hills police, who aren't fans

of being filmed.

Miller's questions about his First Amendment rights almost earned

him a trip to the slammer. But he agreed to leave, so the police decided

to let him go. That's probably a good thing for him given that he's on probation

for a year after he violated

a protection from-stalking

order taken

out by Johnson County Parks and Rec director Michael Meadors during the controversial deer harvest in Shawnee Mission Park.

Miller's

protests at KU Med have earned him trespassing

tickets (he also FedEx'ed

a pig's head to Barbara

Atkinson, the med center's executive vice chancellor, and

offered $35,000 to anyone who can free the primates or end the research

-- peacefully, of course).

Despite a close encounter with the Westwood Hills police, Miller wrote that his group won't back down.

"Our

relentless campaign will continue," he wrote on Bite Club's site.

"Message to KU Med Center: We will not surrender until you stop

enslaving, torturing, and murdering our friends!"

Just a guess, but I bet Dunham files for a restraining order.
