Oladimeji Oladipo, KCMO homicide No. 59: Police ID man killed in McDonald's parking lot

Oladimeji Oladipo was a student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Jackson County corrections officer who was engaged to be married. On Tuesday, the 25 year old became Kansas City's 59th homicide victim of 2010 -- his body discovered in a McDonald's parking lot on Troost (see photos of police investigating the scene here).

Police believe Oladipo was killed between midnight and 3:30

a.m. when the fast-food restaurant at 6406 Troost was closed, the Star

reported. He may have been robbed. Employees first noticed him around 3:30 a.m. and just thought he was sleeping.

Police

were called

to investigate around 6:12 a.m. after the restaurant's workers

realized Oladipo was dead.

Oladipo's cause of death has not been

released.
