Sounds like the cops have the three men allegedly involved in the shooting of a man in Waldo on Tuesday night.
The man was able to call 911. Police found the man inside a Honda Element, suffering from a gunshot
wound to the head, at 74th Terrace and Broadway
around 10:20 p.m. He reportedly had "very significant injuries."
The shooting victim told police that a black man on a bicycle stopped
him from leaving. The man started asking a lot of questions when another
man appeared and shot him in the head. The two men and a juvenile ran.
The shooting victim was
rushed to a local hospital where he is reportedly listed in stable condition.
Police found a Wolf .40 caliber S&W shell casing inside the car. Officers canvassing the area found 17-year-old Michael H. Hudson, 18-year-old Jabbar E. Scott and a juvenile walking on 75th Street near Campbell.
Hudson allegedly tried to run and threw a loaded black Firestorm Mini .40 caliber handgun into a bush. Tests revealed that the shell casing found out the scene was fired from the handgun thrown away by Hudson.
Hudson refused to talk with detectives. Scott talked with the cops but
denied everything. The juvenile also refused to talk with the police.
Hudson is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. He's facing at least 10 years in prison. .
