Kansas Public Radio's semiannual pledge drive (also known as the "Campaign for Excellence") is looking to change things up on this particular go-round. They're reaching out and seeing if any of their listeners are looking to become on-air talent, if only for a little while. The details are as follows:
"If you think you’ve got a good radio voice and could motivate your fellow listeners, enter our contest to join our on air crew. Call 785-864-2221 and leave your name, number and best 60-second pitch as to why YOU should be on air with KPR.

If you happen to be one of the lucky folks chosen to share the mic with Darrell Brogdon or Laura Lorson, hit us up and share how it went.
