Restaurateurs circle the week that Groupon is ending on a calendar and know that things will get a little bit frantic in the dining room. It would seem that impulse buys make procrastinators of us all. Even if the universe feels over-saturated with daily deals, the reality is that they've only been with us for a little over three years.
