  • The entrepreneurs gather in Kansas City this week.
Earlier this morning, One Week KC kicked off earlier today with an event at the Kauffman Foundation. Actually, it's nine days of events with a goal of making "Kansas City America's most entrepreneurial city."

Our friends at Silicon Prairie News have compiled a full list of events (see it here).

As I type this, the Startup@Kauffman: Workshop is going on (it ends at 5:30 p.m.) at the Kauffman Foundation (4801 Rockhill Road). Stick around after, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., for happy hour.

Also this afternoon, Boulevard Brewing Co. (2501 Southwest Boulevard) is holding a "Big Idea Exchange" from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

After the idea exchange, Barkley (1740 Main) is the place for a "JavaScript: The assembly Language of the Web" event from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The opening night wraps with a "Geek Night" work session from 7 to 9 p.m. at Snow & Company (1815 Wyandotte).

For more, go to One Week KC's website.
