After three days of trying to make a dent in the pork shoulder in my fridge, I'm ready for some relief. And I can't help but notice that chefs in town are seriously in love with their pork. If I ever lose a hubcap, there's a half-dozen spots with pork tenderloins that could fill in nicely until I could buy a replacement. And pork belly is available for a fourth meal, as Taco Bell so quaintly calls late-night-drunk-mistake-eating. Do you think it's an accident that the newest restaurant at KCI is named Pork & Pickle
