It puts the chianti in the decanter. On second thought, don't decant that chianti. Just pop the cork and try not to spill any on the couch when Buffalo Bill dances onscreen.

The Alamo Drafthouse is back with cinematic wines. On the heels of a Princess Bride-inspired vintage comes The Silence of the Lambs signature wines. There's Cannibal Chianti and Suit Yourself Pinot Grigio. Bottles ($32) will be available online or at the Alamo Drafthouse Mainstreet in June.

The Alamo Drafthouse at 1400 Main Street will also be hosting The Silence of the Lambs Feast on Wednesday, June 26, at 7 p.m. In addition to a showing of the classic thriller, the Drafthouse will be serving a four-course wine paired dinner (including the two SOTL wines). And yes, fava beans are on the menu, served as a puree with fried chicken liver. There's also Buffalo Bill's skinless chicken wings in bacon fat and Sriracha "lotion," with Maytag blue cheese aioli. Tickets are $65.
