Dr. Plumb is a hypnotist registered with the American Guild of Hypnotherapists and has given over 10,000 hypnosis treatments in his Kansas City office. He is the author of two books:

- a book covering research on 1200 male and female clients.

Mother Heard the Fairy Music

- an award-winning novel about clinical depression.

Education

He studied at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, and Zion Theological Seminary in Winchester, Kentucky. He received his Ph.D. in Hypnotherapy from LaSalle University in New Orleans, an unaccredited institution that was destroyed by hurricane Katrina.
