On Thursdays at the Blue Moose, that means $1.50 drafts and bottles are available from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. — an all-day happy hour that culminates in a wall-to-wall party by closing time. Because it is the same price to chug Coors or Newcastle, the Moose draws all kinds of patrons, from sassy young people to over-40 suburban dudes out for a night of carousing.
