Gas prices aren't the only thing receding this week. Lobster is down in demand and cost almost a dollar per pound from last year. (Boston Globe)

This story explains why, if you work at a restaurant, you always ALWAYS wash your hands after using the bathroom (besides the obvious sanitary reason). Customers are not afraid to report dirty hands. (Consumerist)
