You know when you see the cheap Styrofoam plate at a restaurant, the food is either going to be really, really good or really, really bad. KC Lunch Spots finds a Mexican restaurant on one end of that scale. (KC Lunch Spots)

A.1. sure has some interesting meats that men supposedly like in this pamphlet from the 1960s a local blogger found. I actually think the tongue is the least offensive part of a tongue with raisin-sauce dish. (M.Toast Hivemind)

Unlike Bourdain, I think it's fine if you want to be vegetarian. After all, it's your mouth. What I don't like is people who talk about being vegetarian all the time, especially if they're only giving up meat one day a week like this HuffPo blogger. (Huffington Post)
