After two weeks in which many Downtown domestic beer lovers questioned their sanity and love of piss water light lagers, the Teamsters have settled their dispute with Budweiser distributor United Beverage Company, which is owned by former Chief's safety Deron Cherry.

Via the KC Biz Journal: The Teamster's weren't happy with some issues and stopped delivering Budweiser to the Downtown area at the beginning of the month. But United Beverage was able to make most of the deliveries anyway. Teamsters signed the agreement offered to them by United Beverage before the strike, both sides made up and things are back running smoothly.

So everybody breath a sigh of relief that you can still get Budweiser in 80 countries and Downtown. -- Owen Morris
