Would you sacrifice a friend for one Whopper

One month after Burger King launched its somewhat-offensive whopper virgins commercials, it's come up with another out-there idea.

It's a Facebook application called Whopper Sacrifice and the premise is simple: Defriend 10 people on the social site and Burger King will give you one whopper. That works out to about a half-bite of burger for every friend.

Before you think, "I have a bunch of extra friends and they'll never find out": Burger King tells each person you defriend that you "sacrificed" them for a burger. Normally Facebook does not give any notification that a person has suffered the shame of defriending.
