Yeah but wait until you hand him your money

For a very short time I worked in a restaurant with a guy from Russia named Dan, who fancied himself quite the knife handler. Given an extra moment, he would throw his knife in the air and twirl it between his fingers and behind his back. The only problem was that Dan wasn't very good at knife skills and every time he did these tricks, the knife flew away in a random direction. Dan didn't last long.

This man is the opposite of the Dan, except even better. His tool is not a knife (let's face it -- anyone can toss a knife) but an ice-cream serving spoon:



Not just great skills but great customer service. The vendor turned an everyday transaction into one these people are never going to forget.
