Where Is It? question. And that's completely understandable, since it was a tough one. This wing-whirling mallard is perched on a pole in the parking lot of the McDonald's in Mound City, Missouri -- which is also the home of Quacker's Bar & Grill and Josephine's Eatery. I haven't eaten in either of those places. I didn't eat at the McDonald's either, but I did use the parking lot of walk my dogs. They loved the duck.
