Then Quinze Juillet, tomorrow, 75th Street Brewery throws a Bastille Day beer party serving bouillabaisse,
white asparagus in Bearnaise and the classic profiteroles -- cream
puffs as they're better known here -- with chocolate, paired with beers such as the French Choulette Ambree, the Belgium St. Bernard Watou Tripel
and 75th Street's own carbernet barrel wheat white. The event starts at
