Could you write a post about the awful service at The Westside Local? Cold hamburgers, cold fries, 3 hours sitting at a table only to then learn the credit card machine is broken and you've inadvertently been charged for a bottle of wine you didn't purchase, nor consume. Top that all off with no offer to comp any portion of our table's meal or an offer of any incentive to return and you'll have my Friday evening. My entire Friday evening.
