If you are going to use "making of a foodie" for a source for information, you better just pack up and go to JOCO with the rest of the flakes. Her Blog is so tired & behind the times. Hell I'll go out on a limb and say "Chicken Bone Charlie F" is farther ahead of the game than her by light years, but he's only a nanosecond behind the East Side News.
