Amy: Are you talking about the Overland Park Sheraton, near the OP Convention Center? I don't think $10.95 for breakfast seems particularly cheap, unless I could eat so much at the buffet, I wouldn't be hungry for lunch several hours later.

I know of a breakfast buffet in the Sheritan Hotel, I actually work there. I would have to say that it is the best around town because it is only 10.95 and it has all the food you can think of for breakfast during the week. It is everyday and on Saturday and Sunday too. It includes everything you would want for breakfast for a cheap price, but the hotel there is way over priced, I would not stay there, but I would sure eat their buffet.
