Sometimes slackers win, even slacker do-gooders. Guitar Center has extended its food drive and will be accepting non-perishable items until November 28. The Overland Park store (6700 W. 119th
Street) and Independence store (3911 Bolger Road) are participating
locally. Customers get a 10 percent-off coupon in exchange for donating
a nonperishable item in a benefit for Harvesters.
