The Parisi Espresso set, meanwhile, lends itself to cappuccinos or lattes with sampler bags of espresso parisi, espresso roma and espresso siciliano. The final option is the Parisi Black Label set, which includes pre-ground, 2-ounce bags of KenGua, Sumatra Mandheling and Cafetin de San Martin Costa Rican. Each coffee set is $15.
The Boulevard Cheese Course Sampler is also a unique gift. It's a selection of four cheeses designed to go with Boulevard Brewery's unfiltered Wheat beer: 4- to 6-ounce blocks of Wisconsin cave-aged cheddar, Italian Piave Vecchio, English Derby with sage and Wisconsin Raspberry Bellavitano. The sets are available at Hen House grocery stores and retail for $15.99.
Like Parisi CEO Joe Paris says, "Everyone has their own flavor personality in both cheese and coffee, so a sampler set gives the customer the freedom to test their own tastes and establish their favorites."
In other Parisi news: The company's coffee will once again be
carried by Costco, with a 2-pound
pack of organic whole bean Bolivian available at the wholesaler's Independence location. Those who belong to Sam's
Club will be glad to know that area stores stock organic Bolivian
coffee and the Sunrise Sensation blend; all five stores have carried
the two products since November.
