If you meant to try Christopher Elbow's ice cream over the summer but never made it to his store in the Crossroads, satisfying your craving should get a whole lot easier in a few months. Elbow announced via his
Twitter feed the following:
It's official, the lease for our new ice cream shop is signed! Glace Artisan Ice Cream, opening this April/May at 50th and Main!!!!
Elbow
unveiled his ice cream last June, selling limited batches, only on Fridays and Saturdays, from his
store in the Crossroads. Though the pints went for $7.50, they were often sold out before the shop opened on Saturday.
That might have been because of Elbow's intense and interesting flavors: Kalamansi Basil Sorbet, Peach Prosecco Sorbet, Pineapple Cilantro Ice Cream, Fleur De Sel Caramel Ice Cream.
