Where is it? Shatto sign of the times

Cold weather has meant a decline in dairy-cow production, leading to shortages of flavored milk in grocery stores.

But that hasn't stopped Manifesto from serving its Shatto Blanc -- Shatto root beer milk, Tito's vodka, yellow Chartreuse and bitters. I had one on Saturday night, and I wish all spiked milkshakes tasted that good.

Shatto hopes that warmer weather will mean full production again soon. Meanwhile, we noticed this marketing campaign. Can anyone guess where this sign is located? Here's a hint: It's a place where the milk is never sour.

Hey there, my name is Matt and I am the son of the owners of Shatto Milk Company. Just wanted to give an update on the milk production, it is up, way up. All flavors of milk will be back on store shelves within the week. Great news for everyone. Even better news is that the weather, neither extreme heat nor extreme cold snaps, will impact product availability in the future. We are in the midst of finishing a new building on the farm that will allow us to make both cheese curds as well as aged cheeses in larger amounts. This means we will always have excess milk for the cheeses and will be able to reduce product of cheese in the extreme temperatures to ensure fluid milk orders are filled. What does all of this mean, no one will have to go without Shatto Orange Dream milk again! YEAH! Thanks everyone for your support of our local family farm.

I don't know where this is at, but I do know that mixing Shatto root beer milk and Butterfinger ice cream makes one of the most unexpectedly amazing milkshakes I've ever had.
