This Friday, February 12, the Madrid Theater will be transformed into a Halloween-Valentine's Day mash-up for Code Red 2010: The Millennial League presents Val-O-Ween.

Note: This post is part informational and part correction. Our Pitch Forks e-mail newsletter went out yesterday listing the wrong date for the event; we're sorry about that.

The Zeros headline the event, which features food from McCoy's Public House and free Clear 10 Vodka "Code Red" cocktails from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. DJ NoMathmatics and Jessica Dressler also provide entertainment.

General admission is $20 for the fundraiser, which benefits the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. VIP tickets are $75 -- you get to come to the party an hour earlier, enjoy passed appetizers and the lure of an open bar. Kathleen and Frenchie are scheduled to entertain VIP guests as well.

You can buy tickets online. A costume is not required to attend, but will certainly make the evening more interesting.

Can't wait for Code Red! $20 for all the awesome entertainment, drinks and food all night is a steal. Friday can't get here soon enough.
