Charles on the radio: Cajun and creole food

New Orleans is riding high with a Super Bowl victory, Mardi Gras and all that jazz. Earlier this week, some Kansas Citians celebrated Fat Tuesday, too.

Today, Fat City's Charles Ferruzza and other food critics talk about where to find some of the best gumbo and po'boys locally on The Walt Bodine Show (KCUR, 89.3 FM) from 10 to 11 a.m.
