Where am I eating?

The menu description of this exotic-looking dish explains that it's a roasted poblano pepper stuffed with beef, apple, plantain, and Castillian nuts and topped with a white cheese sauce and fresh pomegranate seeds.

So which restaurant is serving this?

This looks like a dish we had last summer in Murcia at a small boite called La Vida Cucina.
