Kansas State is scheduled to tip off against Xavier at 8:37 p.m. And while it's probably not proper to be rooting for anything Kentucky-related (they play in the final game of the evening against Cornell), you might want to make an exception for an oak barrel aged stout that's a fair bet to be gone by the Elite Eight.

The Flying Saucer Draught Emporium is planning to tap a keg of Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout

tonight at 7 p.m. Aged in oak bourbon barrels, this is a potent

Imperial Stout from the brewer in Grand Rapids, Michigan. From what

I've been told, this is coffee, chocolate and bourbon in a glass --

which should be hard for anybody to pass up.

Just say go Wildcats and you should be safe.
