For the record - I wanted to mention that Genghis Khan definitely does have options other than the buffet. I just think it would be ideal if one could access the buffet to create their own dish, but only pay for one trip at a lower price. This would let me create my own bowl of deliciosity, but not pay the price they charge assuming I'm going to make multiple trips.
