If you need to know how to stand the heat in the kitchen, you should take a few tips from chef Holli Ugalde. The winner of the seventh season of Hell's Kitchen managed to earn the respect of acclaimed firebrand Gordon Ramsay.
And this weekend, Ugalde displays some of the culinary technique that helped her win the show.
She'll be at the Hen House market at 87th Street and Lackman in Lenexa from noon to 4 p.m. today (Blog Well Done's
Chris Perrin is opening for her), the Hen House at the intersection of
Interstate 29 and 64th Street tomorrow from 9 a.m. to noon, and at the
American Royal from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. Catch her cooking
demonstration on the chef's stage in the Wagstaff Theater between 2 and 3
