guts -- cutting a hole in the top, reaching in and pulling out all that
slimy, slimy goodness. Very gruesome. Very Halloween.
Plus, then you have pumpkin seeds, which make a delicious
Halloween snack. There's the standard method of roasting them with salt

The list has some intriguing variations -- including togarashi-spiced
seeds, and seeds flavored with wasabi and coriander. And living in
Kansas City, the barbecue seeds are of particular note. The thought of
loading up some seeds with Gate's Extra Hot Seasoning is mouthwatering.

Darn, I already baked off my pumpkin seeds last night - half with a southwestern seasoning, half with honey, vanilla, and pie spice.
I'd sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top of a White Castle slyder. Just about anything mixes well with a White Castle slyder, particular at about 3:30 in the morning.
