The Chiefs won't make it to the Super Bowl until at last 2012, but that doesn't mean your football-watching career is over. If you feel the urge to compete, the Brooksider (6330 Brooksider Plaza) is holding its second annual Bellybuster Challenge on Super Bowl Sunday. You've got 17 minutes to down a burger with six 1/4-pound patties with cheese, a pound of fries and a 32-ounce milkshake. The top three finishers win a cash prize. The rest get a T-shirt for contributing the entry fee of $25. Have fun; just try not to injure yourself.
If you just want one burger, Harpo's (4109 Pennsylvania) in Westport
will have half-price burgers, including the Boulevard Pale Ale Burger
with smoked gouda for $4, and $3 domestic jumbo draws (22 ounces).
Before it's football Sunday, it's First Friday, and you can discover what your favorite tequila is with a wine and tequila tasting at Los Alamos Market y Cocina on the West Side. For $5, you can sample a variety of tequilas and wines between 5 and 8 p.m.
It's not a party without cupcakes. The mobile cupcakery 3 Girls Cupcakes celebrates its first anniversary tonight with a party at the Krzyzanowski Studio (18th and Locust) from 5 to 9 p.m. There will be free cupcakes, coffee and tea tastings, and food available from The Good You. Bring your appetite -- there will be a cupcake-eating contest. Donations will be accepted for No More Homeless Pets KC and Spay and Neuter Kansas City.
It's the Chocolate Crawl in downtown Lee's Summit tomorrow. Enjoy free chocolate between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. as you shop for Valentine's Day goodies.
For the next two weeks, you can relive your New Year's Eve. The Chinese New Year is being celebrated at Bo Lings

February 17. Specials include a Vietnamese spring roll with roast duck
