Chinese buffets are not reserved for lovers of Asian cuisine nor are they recommended for the faint of heart (or stomach).

With everything from sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice to fried okra and banana pudding to choose from, you're sure to find at least a handful of cultures on your plate.
