Dear Church's Chicken, as long as you're apologizing ...

This is a box of regret.

Church's Chicken is attempting to make amends with Nashville, Tennessee. According to The Atlanta Business Chronicle, the fried-chicken chain recently announced that it would briefly close all of its locations in the city for 18 hours this weekend for a customer-service training workshop.

"We let our customers in Nashville down, and for that, we apologize," John Bowie, Church's president of U.S. operations, told the paper.

Well, as long as you're handing out apologies, Church's, perhaps you could add us to the list and simply express how sorry you are for being in Kansas City. If you feel that Church's Chicken owes you an apology, please feel free to ask for one in the comments.
