Always candid and armed with words that are sharper than any knives you own, chef Anthony Bourdain is answering 10 questions over on a Reddit thread later this week. And you've got 36 hours -- the deadline for submitting questions is midnight tomorrow -- to figure out what you want to ask Bourdain.
Just a few hints. Don't ask him about money. He got pretty fired up when the subject of his income was raised back in 2008, while in town for a performance at the Midland. Don't ask him about barbecue. We know that Oklahoma Joe's is going to top that list. His television show, No Reservations, has already attracted a number of questions on Reddit, as has his love-hate relationship with foodies.
But the opportunity to ask one of the country's most outspoken, and entertaining, chefs about anything doesn't come along that often. Although you will have at least one more shot to talk to chef Bourdain: His traveling act (a collection of stories and a brief question-and-answer session) returns to the Midland on October 22.
