Your craving for a burger could make a wish come true for a child. And, no, I'm not talking about your food baby.
Smashburger is donating 25 percent of its proceeds on Tuesdays in July (5-26) to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
The Smashburger locations in Olathe (15241 W. 119th St., 119th St. and Black Bob), Overland Park (6551 W. 119th St., 119th St. and Lamar) and Lawrence (4801 Bauer Farm Dr., Sixth St. and Wakarusa) are all participating between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Tuesdays in July.
Smashburger opened all three locations last year. The Overland Park burger joint opened in April, the Lawrence shop a month later and Olathe in August.
