Waiter and blogger David Hayden hosts book-signing Sunday afternoon

Waiter, author and prolific blogger David Hayden will host a book signing on Sunday for his book, Tips Squared: Tips for Improving Your Tips in, appropriately enough, the Restaurant Row neighborhood on West 39th Street.

The book signing will be held at Prospero's Books at 1800 West 39th Street from 3 to 5 p.m. Hayden will autograph copies of his softcover book -- a guide to help restaurant employees improve their performance and, thus, their tips -- and discuss the service trade. Books will be available for sale, and punch and cookies will be served.
