At which restaurant can a vegetarian and meat eater co-exist?

You shouldn't have to settle in love or dining. A friend recently asked me for some recommendations in midtown, the Plaza and 39th Street's restaurant-row areas, where he (an avid meat eater) and his date (a vegetarian) could both eat happily. All too often, couples of mixed plates are forced to make the hard choice, and somebody ends up with a plate of steamed vegetables. Rather than spend time apart, there are a few options that don't require one person to get a bowl of cereal when you get home. In midtown, I pointed to Blue Koi, Bo Lings, Ingredient and Taj Palace.

Around town, what menus do you think can make both vegetarians and meat eaters happy?
