Jack in the Box returned to the Kansas City market after a 30-year absence when it opened a new location at 211 South 18th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, last November. JITB also has a franchise opening soon in Blue Springs. A restaurant at the intersection of Missouri 7 and Mock Avenue (at the former site of the Original Village Gardens) is expected to open by the end of October.
In addition to breakfast, Jack in the Box's huge menu includes tacos, burgers, salads, bowls, fajitas, pita sandwiches, curly fries, mini funnel cakes, egg rolls, mozzarella sticks and apple slices. The Overland Park location, like the Kansas City, Kansas, location, will be open 24 hours a day.

The grease in the tacos is what gives them flavor, but of course you don't want to do that unhealthy process more than 2 or 3 times per year
The first time I ever heard of Jack in the Box was when they had that tainted meat scandal...and now I can't separate the two in my mind.
Sorry, Jack...first impressions you know.
Excited to have the best fast food right down the street from my work!
